Babies & Toddlers

Babies and Toddlers

Our classes for babies and toddlers and their parents/ carers incorporate singing, rhyming, percussion, circle games, movement, live music and creative play. Puppets, parachutes, balls, scarves and teddies are just some of the props used to stimulate and engage the children.

Babies and toddlers enjoy lots of songs, rhymes, and lullabies for gentle knee bouncing, rocking, swaying, cuddling and tickling. Older toddlers learn circle songs and partner games and enjoy plenty of movement based activities. All children are able to play and explore different percussion instruments within the class and experience live music.

Our Saturday preschool class showed excellent listening, concentration and solo singing skills today as we explored the items inside the pirate treasure chest! We also found a caterpillar in our rhymetime box, visited musicland, climbed an apple tree and listened to a story about Mummy and Baby Bear who made a delicious apple pie for dinner! The children are being introduced to crotchet and paired quaver notation through our storyboard. Phew...what a busy morning! 🐻 🎶 🏴‍☠️ ... See MoreSee Less
